You give us your personal information as you place an order. You agree to us storing and using your information for business purposes in order to carry out the terms of our agreement. You have certain rights about the information we have on file about you under the recently passed GDPR Act.

Prices and payment

Each item is stated with a final price at the checkout. We offer our customers payment through the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Order return

The right to return is valid for fourteen (14) days from the time you received the item. You have the right to open the package to take a closer look at the product. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Always contact us at [email protected] before you return an item, and you will receive information about the return address. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return cost. A refund of the order amount or cancellation of the issued invoice shall be made by The Shapie within twenty-one (21) days from the date on which the returned item is received.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of order return does not apply in the case of:

The order return option does not apply to Individual Artwork. If the customer has purchased a Custom Product or a product with a customization that was made individually. A limited series production includes the non-returnable product list.

Warranty and service

If there is visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained about. In such cases, email [email protected]. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be reimbursed for a similar product where The Shapie is responsible for shipping.

Each product has a twenty-four (24)-month warranty in European Union countries and twelve (12)-month warranty outside the European Union countries. If your product isn’t working or working incorrectly, please contact us, and our support will help you find a quick-fix solution. In cases where a quick solution can’t be found, we will ask to ship the artwork back to us, and after the inspection we will determine the problem and its cause. According to the problem’s cause, we will decide if it happened by our fault or because of not complying with the established operational requirements. Operational requirements can be found in the FAQ section and the user manual that comes with each product. 

Battery Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

The rechargeable battery integrated into our products is covered by a limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including failures related to battery construction, internal faults, or performance issues resulting from defective materials or workmanship.

2. Natural Battery Degradation

Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are consumable components that will naturally degrade over time and usage. This warranty does not cover normal capacity reduction, which occurs as a result of regular usage and aging of the battery.

Battery capacity reduction is considered normal when, under normal use, the battery retains approximately:

  • 70% or more of its original capacity after 500 full charge cycles
    or

  • Within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.

A decrease in battery performance within these parameters does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The battery warranty does not cover:

  • Normal capacity loss due to aging or usage over time.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures (operating range: 0°C to +40°C).

  • Use of chargers, power adapters, or cables not supplied or approved by the manufacturer.

  • Physical damage, modifications, or attempted repairs performed by unauthorized persons.

  • Water or moisture damage.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Daily Use

By purchasing the artwork, you AGREE with the INSTALLATION, USE, CARE, and CAUTION points that are stated in the USER-MANUAL of the product and take full responsibility to follow them. That assures safe and qualitative experience of your artwork that has integrated electronics inside.
 

Individual images

The customer keeps full responsibility for the provided image’s rights, trademark, and copyright. The Shapie will store the image for twelve (12) months in case the customer decides to reorder it, but that image is not going to be sold to anyone else.

Gift card

Gift cards sold with us are valid for one (1) year from payment and can be purchased at the Wall of Arts Online Store. When the validity period has passed, it is not possible to pay with the gift card or reactivate the card. The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. The gift card is a valuable document that must be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded, but if you have lost it – contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to cancel the lost gift coupon and issue you with the new one.

Cookies

This online store uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and which contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies are available as session cookies and as cookies that are stored permanently on your computer. During your first visit to the online store, your browser will be assigned a session cookie that is unique and used to not confuse you as a user with other users. In order to use the online store, you should allow cookies in your browser. This type of cookie is only used to give you, as a visitor, a better experience and support and does not store any personal information about you. Cookies can be deleted. In this online store, cookies are used, for example, to keep track of your shopping cart, your settings, and which pages you have visited in order to give you a better customer experience and support.

Shipping

Timetable for delivery and tracking

We provide most places with express shipping, which includes tracking. For the US, UK, and Europe, express delivery typically takes two to six (2–6) working days; for other regions, it takes two to ten (2–10) working days. All packages are packaged safely and delivered by FedEx, UPS, or DHL carriers. You will be given a tracking number for each individual package.

Customs Fees

For orders with delivery addresses outside the EU, any customs costs and taxes are paid by you. Orders with delivery addresses outside the EU are not charged Lithuanian VAT.

The Shapie will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more, please contact our support.

What if my delivery address was entered incorrectly?

Please let us know the correct shipping address before we ship out your order. Our support will change it at no extra cost to you. In some cases, the delivery address can be changed during the shipping process.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It’s the customer that paid for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned as custom products (such as special orders, personalized or custom made items or Limited editions) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Gift coupon

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. 
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit cards, or debit cards.
  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by debit/credit card or any other online type of transfer.
  • If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases
  • Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorized activity, immediately report this to The Shapie via email [email protected] or phone (WhatsApp, Viber, iMessage) +37066211471, providing all details, including proof of purchase, gift voucher number, and a photo of the voucher if available for verification purposes.
  • The Shapie remains the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
