Do I need a finished image to get started?
No. You can start with a photo, an image or an idea. If you are unsure about the direction, contact the artist to discuss it or arrange a call before placing an order.
When will I receive a digital mockup?
Digital mockup work normally begins after payment. If you are undecided, discuss your project first: a preview before payment may be arranged individually, but is not included automatically.
Can I ask for changes to the design?
Yes. Review the mockup and tell the artist what you would like changed, such as details, style or the amount of visual detail. The design is refined with your feedback. Production starts after you approve it.
How much does a custom painting cost?
The order page shows the price for your selected size, frame and power option. For a special size or an unusual request, contact the artist to agree the details first.
How long will my custom artwork take?
The current estimated delivery is 7–14 business days in total. Design revisions and approval may add time. If you need the artwork for a particular date, discuss it with the artist before ordering.
