Our standard offering includes sizes up to 40″ / 100cm due to shipping cost considerations. However, we can accommodate artwork sizes of up to 60″ x 60″ / 150cm x 150cm upon prior discussion and agreement. Please note that larger sizes may incur higher shipping costs, and we kindly request that you contacting us for such sizes.

Yes, we provide a full one year warranty for our products. In the event of any issues, we will initially strive to resolve them through our live chat or video call support. If a satisfactory solution cannot be found, we may request you to ship the artwork back to us at your own cost for replacement.

Please note that each artwork comes with a warranty sticker on the rear, and removing the sticker or attempting to open the back will void the warranty.
