Two years of cover for manufacturing and material defects, plus limited cover on selected lighting parts through year 10.
This commercial warranty applies to eligible Shapie LED paintings ordered directly from theshapie.com on or after 7 November 2026. The warranty period starts when your painting is delivered. Orders placed before that date remain subject to the terms provided at purchase and your statutory rights.
Years 1–2 · Manufacturing and material defects
If a manufacturing or material defect is covered, The Shapie covers parts, labour and necessary shipping to put it right. Where appropriate, we replace the painting. Your rights under applicable law apply independently of these terms.
Years 3–5 · Replacement lighting parts
For an eligible manufacturing defect in an integrated LED module, controller or internal wiring, The Shapie covers the cost of the replacement part. You cover shipping and any installation.
Years 6–10 · Contribution towards replacement parts
For an eligible replacement LED module or controller, The Shapie covers the following share of the part price. You cover the balance, shipping and any installation.

Rechargeable battery and care
Battery manufacturing or material defects are assessed under the applicable warranty and consumer law. The commercial warranty excludes normal capacity loss from age and use, and accelerated wear or damage caused by an incompatible charger. Use the charger supplied for your painting or one approved by The Shapie. The additional cover in years 3–10 applies to the lighting parts listed above. It excludes normal wear and damage caused by impact, moisture or misuse.

This commercial warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Where the goods do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies from the seller free of charge under applicable law.
